ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ SELF TEST - INSTRUCTIONS ABOUT SELF TESTS AND SCHOOL REOPENING

 

Αγαπητοί γονείς,

Σας ευχόμαστε Χρόνια Πολλά με υγεία και αγάπη στις οικογένειές σας.

Θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι για την ομαλή λειτουργία του σχολείου από την Δευτέρα 10 Μαΐου 2021, οι μαθητές υποχρεούνται να κάνουν self test για τον Covid-19. Η διαδικασία είναι η εξής:

1.Θα πρέπει να προμηθευτείτε ΑΜΕΣΑ από το φαρμακείο το self-test δίνοντας τον ΑΜΚΑ του παιδιού σας. 

2.Το τεστ πρέπει να γίνει την Κυριακή το απόγευμα

3. Δηλώνετε το αποτέλεσμα του τεστ στην πλατφόρμα self-testing.gov.gr πατώντας στο πεδιο 

«Σχολική Κάρτα για COVID-19» χρησιμοποιώντας τους κωδικούς που έχετε για το taxisnet

4. Εκτυπώνετε την κάρτα με τα στοιχεία του μαθητή και το αποτέλεσμα. Αν δεν έχετε εκτυπωτή, γράφετε σε ένα χαρτί τα στοιχεία που βλέπετε στη σχολική κάρτα και το αποτέλεσμα και βάζετε υπογραφή.

5. Όταν το τεστ είναι αρνητικό οι μαθητές έρχονται κανονικά σχολείο έχοντας μαζί τους το χαρτί με το αποτέλεσμα του τεστ.

6. Όταν το τεστ είναι θετικό οι μαθητές παραμένουν στο σπίτι και ενημερώνετε το σχολείο.

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: Οι μαθητές θα δείχνουν το χαρτί του αποτελέσματος στις συνοδούς πριν επιβιβαστούν στο σχολικό λεωφορείο. Όποιο παιδί δεν έχει το χαρτί μαζί του θα μένει στη στάση και θα αποχωρεί με τον γονέα του για το σπίτι. ΔΕΝ ΘΑ ΓΙΝΕΙ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΣΗ.

Dear parents,

Along with our Easter wishes for health and happiness to you and your families we would like to inform you about the reopening of the school on Monday May 10th 2021 and the students' obligation to do the self-test for Covid-19 before coming to school. The procedure is the following:

1. You take the test from the pharmacy AS SOON AS POSSIBLE giving the insurance number (AMKA) of your child. (It's free)

2. The students do the test on Sunday afternoon

3. You enter the result of the test in the website self-testing.gov.gr choosing the option «Σχολική Κάρτα για COVID-19» (School Card for Covid-19) using your username and password you have for taxisnet

4. You print the card with the result. If you don't have a printer, you write what you see on the School Card on a paper and you sign it.

5. When the result is negative, the students come to school having the result paper with them.

6. When the result is positive, the students stay home and you inform the school.

ATTENTION: Τhe students will show the result paper to the bus attendants before getting on the school bus. If a student doesn't have the result paper with him/her, s/he will stay at the bus stop with his/her parent and return home. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Εγγραφές μαθητών για το σχ. έτος 2021-2022 / Students' Enrollments for the school year 2021-2022

Ενημέρωση για την έναρξη τηλε-εκπαιδευσης - Information about the online classes

Αγαπητοί γονείς,

Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι από αύριο, Πέμπτη 11 Φεβρουαρίου 2021 τα μαθήματα των παιδιών του σχολείου θα γίνονται ηλεκτρονικά .

Σύμφωνα με τις εντολές του Υπουργείου όλα τα τμήματα θα ακολουθούν καθημερινά 5 διδακτικές ώρες (5x30 λεπτά) πρόγραμμα σύγχρονης τηλε-εκπαίδευσης από τις 14:10 έως 17:20 με 10λεπτα διαλείμματα ανάμεσα στις διδακτικές ώρες.

Θα διδάσκονται κανονικά τα μαθήματα του προγράμματος όπως αυτό σας είχε αποσταλεί από τους εκπαιδευτικούς της τάξης στο προηγούμενο lockdown του Νοεμβρίου.

Dear parents,

We would like to inform you that, from tomorrow Thursday February 11^th 2021 the school lessons will take place online.

According to the Ministry’s instructions, all the classes will attend 5 online hours (30 minutes each) from 14:10 until 17:20, with a 10-minute break between the lessons.

The students will be taught the lessons of the program regularly, as it was sent to you by the class teachers in the previous lockdown, in November.

Ανακοίνωση για τη Λειτουργία του Σχολείου - Announcement about the School Opening

 

Αγαπητοί γονείς,

Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι τη Δευτέρα 11 Ιανουαρίου 2021 ξεκινούν τα μαθήματα κανονικά στο σχολείο. Οι μαθητές θα μεταφερθούν κανονικά με τα λεωφορεία και θα πρέπει να έχουν μαζί τους τη βεβαίωση μετακίνησης που τους είχε δοθεί από το σχολείο.

Παρακαλούμε τα παιδιά να είναι ντυμένα με ζεστά ρούχα διότι λόγω COVID19 όλα τα παράθυρα στις αίθουσες θα μένουν ανοιχτά.

Σας ευχόμαστε και πάλι Καλή Χρονιά και όλα να πάνε καλά.

Dear parents,

We inform you that the lessons at school will begin on Monday 11^th January 2021. The students will be transferred to school by the school buses as usual. The students should have with them the transport certificate that was given by the school.

Students should be dressed with warm clothes because all the windows in the classrooms will remain open due to COVID19.

Ενημέρωση για την Τηλε-εκπαίδευση - Information about the Online Classes

Αγαπητοί γονείς,

Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι από αύριο, Τετάρτη 18 Νοεμβρίου 2020, και μέχρι τη Δευτέρα 30^η Νοεμβρίου 2020 τα μαθήματα των παιδιών του σχολείου θα γίνονται ηλεκτρονικά .

Σύμφωνα με τις εντολές του Υπουργείου όλα τα τμήματα θα ακολουθούν καθημερινά 5 διδακτικές ώρες (5x30 λεπτά) πρόγραμμα σύγχρονης τηλε-εκπαίδευσης από τις 14:10 έως 17:20 με 10λεπτα διαλείμματα ανάμεσα στις διδακτικές ώρες.

Θα διδάσκονται κανονικά τα μαθήματα του προγράμματος όπως αυτό θα σας αποσταλεί από τους εκπαιδευτικούς της τάξης.

Η προεπιλεγμένη από το Υπουργείο υποχρεωτική πλατφόρμα είναι η εξής: Cisco Webex Meetings. Την εφαρμογή αυτή μπορείτε να την κατεβάσετε σε υπολογιστή – τάμπλετ ή κινητό τηλέφωνο ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες που θα σας αποσταλούν.

Για να παρακολουθούν τα παιδιά όλα τα μαθήματα όπως είναι υποχρεωμένα πρέπει να αλλάζουν ψηφιακές τάξεις ακολουθώντας το link του meeting room για κάθε εκπαιδευτικό.

Σας παρακαλούμε να είστε ιδιαίτερα προσεκτικοί με την προστασία των προσωπικών δεδομένων των παιδιών και των δασκάλων μας. Απαγορεύεται αυστηρά κάθε καταγραφή και ζωντανή αναδημοσίευση καταγεγραμμένου περιεχομένου.

Σας  υπενθυμίζουμε ότι η σύνδεση με τις πλατφόρμες που υποστηρίζονται από το Υπουργείο (e-me, e-class, webex) είναι χωρίς χρέωση δεδομένων.

Ζητάμε από όλους σας κατανόηση για τυχόν δυσκολίες, υπομονή και συνεργασία ώστε να εξασφαλίσουμε την καλύτερη δυνατή εκπαίδευση για τα παιδιά μας μέχρι να ξαναβρεθούμε από κοντά.

Στα συνημμένα αρχεία θα βρείτε όλες τις  πληροφορίες για την είσοδο στην πλατφόρμα Webex.

Dear parents,

We would like to inform you that, from tomorrow Wednesday November 18^th 2020 until Monday November 30^th 2020, the school lessons will take place online.

According to the Ministry’s instructions, all the classes will attend 5 online hours (30 minutes each) from 14:10 until 17:20, with a 10-minute break between the lessons.

The students will be taught the lessons of the program regularly, as it will be sent to you by the class teachers.

The preselected compulsory platform by the Ministry is Cisco Webex Meetings. This application can be downloaded on computers – tablets or mobile phones, following the instructions that will be sent to you.

In order for the children to attend all the lessons, as they are obliged to do, they should change virtual classes following the link for the meeting room of each teacher.

Please be extra careful with the protection of the personal data of the children and the teachers. Every recording and publication of live or prerecorded material is strictly prohibited.

We remind you that the connection to the platforms which are supported by the Ministry (e-me, e-class, webex) is free of charge.

We kindly ask for your understanding, concerning any difficulties, for your patience and cooperation, so that we can achieve the best possible education for our children until we meet again at school.

Αναστολή λειτουργίας τμήματος του σχολείου μας - Suspension of a class of our school

 Αγαπητοί γονείς,

Σας ενημερώνουμε ότι το τμήμα Γ1 του σχολείου μας βρίσκεται σε αναστολή λειτουργίας από 2-10-2020 μέχρι 15-10-2020 με απόφαση του Δ/ντη Εκπαίδευσης Π.Ε. Β Αθήνας λόγω θετικού κρούσματος Covid-19 στο τμήμα αυτό. Τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα του σχολείου θα λειτουργήσουν κανονικά. Για οποιαδήποτε εξέλιξη θα ενημερωθείτε με νεότερη ανακοίνωση.

Dear parents,

We would like to inform you that Γ1 - C1 class of our school will not have any lessons from 2-10-2020 until 15-10-2020 according to the decision of the Director of Education of our area due to a positive-certified Covid-19 case in this class. All the other classes of the school will continue the lessons. You will be informed with a new announcement if we have  any other information by the Ministry of Education or the relevant authorities.

Oδηγίες του ΕΟΔΥ για την ασφαλή λειτουργία των Σχολείων - Instructions from NPHO for the safe function of schools

Αγαπητοί γονείς,

παρακάτω θα βρείτε τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες για την ομαλή και ασφαλή λειτουργία των σχολείων λόγω του COVID-19. Επισημαίνουμε ότι όλοι οι μαθητές εισέρχονται στο σχολείο φορώντας μάσκα και τηρώντας τις αποστάσεις. Ειδικότερα, για τη Δευτέρα 14 Σεπτεμβρίου 2020 συστήνουμε οι μαθητές να έχουν μαζί τους:

2 μάσκες, τη μια θα τη φορούν και την άλλη θα την έχουν εφεδρική καθώς και

ένα μπουκάλι νερό.

Dear parents,

below you will find the instructions from NPHO (National Public Health Organisation) about the safe function of schools due to COVID-19. We note that all students enter the school premises wearing a mask and keeping the appropriate distances. More specifically, for Monday September 14th 2020, we suggest that the students have with them:

2 protective masks, one they will wear and a supplementary one and

Αγιασμός Δημοτικού Σχολείου Διαπολιτισμικής Εκπαίδευσης Αλσούπολης

Αγαπητοί γονείς,

σας ενημερώνουμε ότι ο καθιερωμένος αγιασμός για την έναρξη του σχολικού έτους 2020-2021 θα γίνει τη Δευτέρα 14 Σεπτεμβρίου 2020 και ώρα 11:00. Θα ακολουθήσει η γνωριμία των παιδιών με τους εκπαιδευτικούς και η ενημέρωση τους για τη λειτουργία του σχολείου με τις νέες συνθήκες λόγω του COVID-19. Επισημαίνουμε οτι λόγω των ιδιαίτερων συνθηκών δεν θα επιτραπεί η είσοδος σε  γονείς στο χώρο του σχολείου. Τα παιδιά θα σχολάσουν στη 13:15.

Dear parents,

we would like to inform you that the blessing ceremony for the new school year will take place on Monday, September 14th  2020 at 11:00 am. After this, the students will meet their new teachers and will be informed about the function of the school under the special conditions due to COVID-19. We note that parents are not allowed to enter the school premises. The students will be dismissed at 13:15.
